1. Conduct sales activities in accordance with the company’s and department’s sales targets, and achieve all sales performance metrics. 2. Maintain existing markets and customer relationships. 3. Based on customer needs, coordinate with our company to provide customers with optimal product solutions. 4. Lead business negotiations with clients, build strong client relationships, and increase contract win rates and profitability. 5. Oversee and execute the project payment collection process to improve the collection rate. 6. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. 7. Bachelor’s degree; candidates with a major in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
